Through a blend of guided breathwork, nervous system balancing, emotional processing, and hands-on education in comfort measures and Rebozo support, this experience helps build a strong inner and outer foundation for birth and postpartum. They’ll be gently guided to connect with their body, release hidden fears, and gain practical tools they can take with them into labor and early motherhood. With support from wellness practitioners who blend ancient wisdom and modern evidence-based care, you’ll leave feeling more confident, connected, and clear. Rooted offers real transformation — a space where mind, body, and heart come into alignment so they can move forward empowered, informed, and deeply supported. They’ll experience: Breathwork to support pain management in labor + sound bath Guided journaling + emotional clearing to release fears A live nervous system regulation session Instruction and demonstration of Rebozo comfort techniques Community connection with women walking a similar path Access to additional resources, including workshops, birth education, and personalized support.
