PWI RN Follow Visit Appointments provide personalized, one-on-one support with our registered nurse to monitor your ongoing health and wellness. During these visits, we review your progress, address any concerns or symptoms, reinforce your care plan, and offer education and guidance tailored to your needs—ensuring you feel supported, informed, and confident between provider appointments.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer appointment times to other clients in need of care. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
