A Bit About RoShann
RoShann Colter, affectionately known as “Lady Nay,” is the eldest daughter of Eugene and Sherry White of Phoenix, Arizona. She is the oldest of five siblings and has been married to her husband, Quentin Colter Sr., for 23 years. Together, they are the proud parents of four wonderful children: Quentin Jr., Quevion, Qui'Anna, and Qui’Shaun.
RoShann began her education at Julian Elementary School and earned her high school diploma from Intelli-High School at the age of 16. She continued her academic journey at Gateway Community College, where she obtained her CNA certification, and later pursued studies at Glendale Community College, ultimately becoming a Registered Nurse. With over 20 years of experience in nursing, RoShann further advanced her education at Grand Canyon University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). She holds two Master's degrees: one in Nursing Leadership and Management, and another as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and licensed through the Arizona State Board of Nursing. Her next goal is to obtain her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP).
RoShann gracefully balances her many roles—as a full-time healthcare professional, devoted wife and mother, her husband’s personal assistant, First Lady, and Assistant Pastor of the Pavilion of Praise Christian Church (Cathedral). Despite her busy schedule, she remains deeply committed to serving her community. She regularly visits those in need, offers transportation, companionship, and emotional support.
She is also the founder of P.R.E.T.T.Y. (young ladies) and S.T.R.O.N.G. (young men), organizations dedicated to uplifting and empowering youth. Known for her compassionate spirit, RoShann is often found offering guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear to people of all ages. She believes in seeing the good in everyone and helping others view life with hope and optimism.
RoShann looks forward to making a meaningful impact by bringing not only her wealth of experience and clinical expertise but also her heart for the community, as the “NP that looks like me.”
